His assistant grandma is heavily sick in hospital and her soul leave the body and come to Mark office constantly. Mark has provided consulting service to all these spirits. It was meant these spirit has something unfinished business so stay in this world. After deeper and deeper look into the problems of these spirits, the reason behind is related to Mark himself....... I would say the story is quite unexpected at the ending when everything seems rational in the beginning. Surprise by the script writing but the prerequisite is you need to believe the existence of spirit. If not, you can rather not to watch.
