Pixy Dragons

I tend to enjoy "cute" animation. Even some of that for children can be fun. However, this movie has some of the most boring, droll dialog ever written for a film... and there is a LOT of it. The entire flick consists primarily of poorly-done CGI dragons standing around and talking to one another. The story line is a snoozer, the discussions tedious, the resolution ridiculous. This doesn't even qualify as decent Saturday morning fare. Sometimes I wonder about people who get involved in producing stuff like this. Is this truly the best they have to offer? They couldn't have found a better writer, director, and more interesting animation? Sorry to say, this one is a waste of time, not only for the audience but for those who made it in the first place. Not the worst movie ever... just guaranteed to put an insomniac to sleep.

This film, judging by the cover looks pretty cool. Then...you realize there could be an episode of MST3K based on this. From the very beginning, we get a dragon master of ceremonies doing what seems to be a bad Sean Connery accent. The animation looks very video-game like. You may wonder if you're playing Ocarina of Time or something from that era. And several scenes are looped, lending to the nostalgic video game feel. Many times the dialogue doesn't sync with the dragon's mouth movement. Ah... A foreign film, you think. An overdub. But no. Also, these are the blabbiest dragons since...well ever. They talk way too much.And when a girl dragon character appears, her dialogue is recorded so much louder than every one else's you'll jump out of your seat. What dialogue is there is corny, like a student film project...middle school at that. The dialogue is so bad... it's just crying out for parody. ,

This animation was the work of a group of amateurs. His story was unbelievable, two two-month-old dragons are looking for the most evil dragons in the world so that they can have a fiery breath ?! The film did not have a main character. The villain of the story also surrendered with a fiery breath that they did not even bother to animate. In general, the story did not make sense. The animators, who just animated a few images and repeated it.
