El refugio atómico

At the beginning of the movie, the plot and everything was great until they started to deviate. This is what I noticed. If Minerva and her crew planned everything beforehand, how did they know that Oswaldo would call Mr Falcon and demand him to authorize him to buy a company. How did they know what Oswaldo would do and therefore be prepared for everything; the club and the company office. It doesn't make sense how they got to predict what Oswaldo would do and how to tackle him. Though it's a nice movie, some things don't add up.
