When Wafa's father passes away, Wafa's life takes a sharp turn as she decides to pay off her family debt. Wafa finds out that Shakir was burdened with hefty debt and the family has to repay it in order to save the home from foreclosure. Wafa sells some family assets to fulfil the loan.
