The World After Us

6.2 After 285 Votes? Seriously? A sweet, sweet movie about real people struggling with real issues. The issues are all cliche, the ending is too pat? I guess a person could see it that way. Or they could just watch the film and enjoy it. I loved the characters and the actors who portrayed them. I wondered as the film went along, how it was going to end and manage to pull together all of the loose ends. But it did. Or tried to. Life is messy and we don't always have or get all of the answers. I felt hopeful at the end. That in spite of everything, we survive and life goes on. I really liked the movie.
