في جو من الحركة والتشويق، يرصد الفيلم عمليات فرقة المرتزقة بقيادة بارني روس (سيلفيستر ستالون)، حيث يجد بارني روس نفسه وجهًا لوجه ضد كونراد ستون بانكس (ميل جيبسون). كونراد كان أحد أعضاء الفرقة في الماضي، لكنه خانها فقام بارني بقتله. يكتشف بارني بالصدفة أن كونراد لا يزال حيا، وأنه قد أصبح أحد عتاة اﻹجرام في العالم، فيقوم بتجنيد جيلًا جديدًا للفرقة أصغر سنًا من أجل مساندة ومساعدة الفرقة في القضاء على عدوها اللدود.

Just finished MW3... What wasthepoint? It felt so flat. No memorable moments, disjointed story, no real ending, tonnes of ultimately useless filler levels, dialogue that feels like it was written by a cringe airsoft LARPer etc... Not even 5% as good astheoriginal trilogy
