استكمالًا للأحداث السابقة من المسلسل، تدور أحداث هذا الجزء حول الصدام الذي يقع بين (هارفي) و(مايك) من جهة، وبين محام أمريكي عنيد من جهة أخرى والمتمثل في (سكوتي)، حيث يحاولون التوصل إلى حل وسط، وفي نفس الوقت يسعى كل من (مايك) و(راشيل) إلى تقديم أفكار مختلفة حول المستقبل الذي ينتظرهما في الأفق.
