تواجه لاعبة الجودو (ميتشي) حقيقة قاسية، بعد الهزيمة في مباراة نهائية، وتقرر التخلي عن الرياضة بسبب ضغوط الدراسة والأنشطة الاجتماعية، لكن سرعان ما يتجدد شغفها حين تلتقي بزميلتها (تووا) التي تفوقت عليها في المباراة النهائية، وتقرران معًا تأسيس ناد للجودو في مدرستهما، ومعًا، ستعيد (ميتشي) اكتشاف حبها للجودو، وتخوض مغامرات جديدة في عالم الرياضة.
