تدور أحداث الفيلم حول نجم سباق السيارات اللامع ماكوين وصديقه ماطر في الخارج للتنافس في سباق الجائزة الكبرى العالمية. لكن الطريق الى البطولة يصبح صعب كما يحصل حتى اشتعلت ماطر في مغامرة مثيرة للاهتمام من تلقاء نفسها: الجاسوسية الدولية.
