This chicken drumsticks recipe uses regular pantry ingredients for the vegetable side , s dish you can make on any day of the week for you and your family or friends. 3 Lb.( 1.362Kg ) Chicken drumsticks, skin on (You can use Skinless ) 2 Tbs Olive oil Salt and pepper 1 Medium , Yellow onion, diced 1 Tbs Garlic, chopped 1 Tbs Ginger, minced 1 1/2 Tbs Curry powder 1/2 Tsp Chili powder 1 Tsp Turmeric 1 Tsp Tomato paste 1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce 2 Ripe tomatoes, diced 2 Cups water or chicken stock 1/4 cup cilantro, for cooking and garnishing 4 scallions, for cooking and garnishing For the Side 2 Medium carrots, peeled and diced 2 Zucchini, washed and diced large 1 Yellow bell pepper 2 cups Cauliflower, florets 1 Tsp Garlic, chopped 1 Tsp Ginger, minced 1 Tsp Curry powder Cilantro and scallions to cook and garnish
