Definitely the most brutal move in Trent Acid's arsenal. Essentially a Vertical Drop Inverted Brainbuster (aside from the few safe ones). He would just spike dudes directly on their head. I sometimes wish he would have pulled it out more, but at the same time, it may have been for the best lol.
