Fresh Fish (you can use any kind of fish ) 2.water, lemon , vinegar to clean 3. Salt and seasoning (chicken buillion ) 4. Suya spice (Kulikuli, paprika , salt and seasoning, cloves,negro pepper, dried ginger and chilli pepper) crushed to form a smooth powder 5. Pepper mix (chilli pepper, onions , green onions, fresh ginger, scotch bonnet pepper , green bell pepper ) 6. Vegetable oil 7. Spring onions, green bell pepper, fresh oregano tomatoes garnish 8.
