Maria warned her. Before locking up, the brawler asked Kiah directly, “Are you sure you want to do this? You’ve never been in a ring with someone like me.” But Kiah will not be deterred. So Maria proceeds to turn Dream’s day into a nightmare. She starts off with a kick to the gut on the opening handshake, then tosses Kiah into the corner and works her over with kicks to the gut, shoulder blocks, and forearm shots. Kiah is repeatedly whipped into the corners and slammed face-first into the turnbuckles in all 4 corners. Maria manhandles her foe, tossing her across the ring, beating her down with strikes and kicks, foot and rope chokes, hairpulls, and several spine-rattling Bodyslams. In the end, it’s not a matter of if Maria will end up on top, it’s just a matter of when. Can’t say she didn’t warn poor Kiah.
