One year ago, I visited Japan to compete in my first-ever Japanese arm wrestling competition, OSSU Games 6. Little did I know, in my category was a bunch of state, national, and even world medalists! In that competition, I took third place, losing out to Sate Ryogo, who was at the time, ranked 2 in Japan under 78 kg. First place was Urakami Yoichirou, who was ranked 1 in Japan under 78 kg, and a former WAF masters silver medalist. Now, one year later, Sate comes over to my turf to settle the score. He was unhappy with his win over me last year as he thought I was tired after having to climb up through the losers' bracket previously.
