Hi guys! This video discusses how to find the equations of parallel and perpendicular lines to another given line. We basically make use of the concepts that for parallel lines their slopes must be equal and for perpendicular lines, their slopes must be negative reciprocal of each other or their product is -1. After finding the required slope, that’s the time that when we will use the different forms of the equation of lines depending on the given from the problems.
