Bodybuilding is a noble discipline excellent for mental health so as long as it does not go beyond certain perimeters, and the same is true in regards to it's functionality especially VS actual combat. For sure, muscular fighters have existed who've excelled at fighting, like Mike Tyson, Francis Ngannou, Yoel Romero, Paulo Costa; but bodybuilding by itself is not an actual martial art... That said, in this segment we'll be looking at another example of a body builder who wanted to prove he can fight by punching equipment at his gym.
