If you love cupcakes and have some ripe bananas at home , then you should give this recipe a try INGREDIENTS 100g Butter 1/2 cup brown sugar 1/3 cup white sugar 2 Large eggs 1 tsp vanilla essence 1 tsp baking powder 1 tsp salt ( if using unsalted butter) 1 3/4 All purpose flour 1 1/2 cup banana ( you can reduce this to 1 cup ) 1/2 cup chocolate chips ( plus extra for topping) Bake at 350 degrees Celsius for 30 minutes
