WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... Since building my own Garage Gym I found out WWE power couple Aleister Black and Zelina Vega also have a workout space in their garage. So, I made my way to Orlando to train with Dutch grappler Aleister and his wife and Brave Change regular Zelina. And what a tough workout it was. Aleister has a really strong background in Martial Arts and Kick Boxing in particular, so his Garage Gym is kitted-out for striking, floor work and sweating! Thus, his Black Out Workout involved lots of rounds on the heavy bag, striking combinations, and non-stop circuits. Thankfully, his 30:30:30 finisher only went for five rounds as he usually does it for 30! Great to workout with such and inspiring couple who live to... Brave Change.
