INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 1 (Sweet & Spicy Chili Garlic Shrimp) 1.8 lbs large shrimps 1 head garlic, chopped 1 stick unsalted butter (8 tbsp) 1 small red onion, chopped Half of chicken cube seasoning 1 tsp of paprika 1 stalk green onion, chopped 1 cup hot sweet chili sauce 3/4 cup banana ketchup Salt and pepper to taste INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 2 (Salt & Pepper Shrimp) 1.4 lbs large shrimp Salt, pepper and garlic powder 2-3 tbsp of cornstarch 1/4 tsp salt + 1/2 tsp garlic powder + 1/4 tsp white pepper 4 cloves garlic, minced 1 small onion, chopped 1/2 red bell pepper, chopped 1 stalk green onion, chopped INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 3 (SPICY GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP) 1.6 lbs large shrimp Salt, black pepper and garlic powder 2-3 tbsp of cornstarch 5 tbsp unsalted butter or margarine 10 cloves garlic, chopped Chili flakes, adjust to taste Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp hot sauce (any brand) 1 tsp paprika 1 tbsp lime juice or lemon juice A pinch of chicken powder or magic sarap (optional) Green onions (optional) INGREDIENTS FOR RECIPE NO. 4 (Chili Lime Shrimp) 1.6 lbs large shrimp Salt, pepper and garlic powder 2-3 tbsp of cornstarch 3 tbsp of unsalted butter 5 cloves garlic, minced Chili flakes, adjust to taste 1 tsp of paprika 1 & 1/2 tbsp of soy sauce 2 tbsp of lime juice or lemon juice 1-2 tbsp of hot sauce 1 tbsp of honey Green onion, optional
