Our Juniors classes are for teens aged between 12 and 15 years old who have an interest in Pro Wrestling and would like to give pro wrestling training a go. Our Juniors classes consist of mat-based and in-ring work covering the fundamentals of professional wrestling including breakfalls, pins, strikes, holds and manoeuvres plus much more. It's the perfect first step to build a foundation before moving on to adults training from 16 years old.
