After several nominations here is The Combat Academy Coaches Mick & Tommy Crossland completing the 22 day push up challenge - in 1 day. 22 x 22 push ups and as an added bonus 4 repetitions of pull ups done after each set (6 reps on the last set) equating to 484 push ups and 90 pull ups completed in 36 minutes. Great little workout. Give it a try!!!! 22 US Army veterans per day are committing suicide. The 22 push up challenge was developed to raise awareness for this tragic issue.
