No referee in the ring means anything goes in this 1 fall match. However, for the most part this match is fought reasonably fairly from both wrestlers. Indeed, we can safely say that Santana does not cheat at all. Primarily this is because she never gets an opportunity to do so, but it’s the thought that counts. Latasha is perhaps a little less sporting, turning to the ropes on a couple of occasions to choke the life out of Santana. But a few transgressions aside, Latasha does fight fair. However, do not for one moment confuse ‘fair’ with ‘gentle’. Latasha dominates the action from the outset, punishing Santana with a relentless barrage of kicks, forearms, elbows, slams, claws, stretches and much, much more. For her own part, Santana shows her usual tenacity, repeatedly kicking out at 2 and refusing to submit. As the match approaches a conclusion, a Headbutt from Santana teases an unlikely comeback. But will it be enough to turn the tide against a relentless Latasha? Or is the Headband of Power finally in need of a recharge?
