Teamed up with Richard Maynard, Johnny goes through a relentless mix of pad work, heavy bags, weights, pull-ups and more, in a session that doesn’t let up from start to finish. Led by trainers Kain Tippett-Wilson and Gabriele, this is a proper test of what it takes to go the distance, even for a former champion.
