I trained like Vegeta from Dragonball Z - Workout Routine & Motivation. I am thrilled you have taken the time to join me on this journey as this is my first attempt at creating a Youtube video. Reps 200 Squats 150 Sit ups 150 Push ups 100 Dips 100 Plyo Lunges 50 Pull ups 50 Leg raises 200 More Squats! Day 3 Full body conditioning with a variety of my personal favourite exercises which included… Hurdles Superman Burpee Kb cleans with press Pull ups on Hoop Prowler Push Agility Ladder Day 4 Same as Day 2!
