Get it here: https://amzn.to/3C6Cyxi Ingredients: To coat the ramekins: 1 tsp unsalted butter, melted 2 tsp cocoa powder For the Lava Cakes: 50g dark chocolate or chocolate chips (1.8 oz) 50g unsalted butter (3 ½ tbsp) 1 medium egg + 1 medium yolk (1 large egg + 1 large yolk US sizes) 50g icing sugar (⅓ cup powdered sugar/confectioners’ sugar) 30g plain flour (¼ cup all-purpose flour) 10g cocoa powder (4 tsp) ¼ tsp salt Yield: Makes 2 lava cakes Ramekin Size: 6cm x 6cm (2.5” x 2.5”) Cooking Instructions: Air Fryer: Cook at 170°C/340°F for 13 minutes.
