Below I'll just list the method for cooking. 1. First you want to boil your rice. 2. Once the water starts boiling, move on to rinsing 3. Rinse until the water becomes clear. You're rinsing to remove the starch. 4. Once you're done rinsing, add 1/4 Tsp salt and water until it's just above your rice. You don't want to add too much water because you'll overcook your rice 5. Allow the water to boil. This takes about 15 minutes. Don't close the lid to avoid spillage 6. Once the water has reduced, you can lower your heat and close the lid. 7. If there's a bit of water left, you can switch off your stove and allow it to burn. (Ceramic Stoves) 8. If you're using gas or induction cooktops, just use the lowest heat to remove excess water.
