Grade 9 - Solving Quadratic Equations by Factoring (Tagalog/Filipino Math)
Hi guys! This video discusses how to solve quadratic equations by factoring. Quadratic equations are equations in one variable say x with highest exponent or degree of 2. When solving quadratic equations by factoring, we always equate to zero. We then factor the quadratic trinomial using the method we have discussed. We then equate the two binomial factors each to zero and solve for x. These two values of x are the solutions or roots of the equation. We solve some examples about quadratic equations.
