It turned out to be a wonderful evening, full of spectacular goals, emotion and colour and three vital points for City. A wonderful strike from Omar Marmoush put the Blues on the way to a 3-1 win, with Bernardo and Nico adding fine strikes before the visitors pulled a consolation goal back deep into added time.
