It's not everyday you get to Bench Press with a guy that can lift 405 lbs like it's nothing. But it's not everyday you can train with a viking giant like Erick Rowan. So be thankful for Celtic Warrior Workouts. I am! Myself and Rowan were trailing a piece of kit called a 'Slingshot' (not as a paid endorsement mind you) which helps you get the bar off your chest when pressing those peak performance weights. Sadly, this bit of kit was giant sized so it provided me with little help, hence my shame at topping out at 275 lbs. But as I always say, there's no shame when you... Brave Change.
