Easy Oreo Brookies with layers of Cookie, Brownie and Oreos! I made the best ever Oreo Brookies and they are so easy to make, follow along to make it. If you love Oreos, you will love this twist on a Brookie, It’s easier to make than you may think and it's so delicious. A cookie base, a layer of Oreos through the middle, a layer of brownie, and broken Oreos with white chocolate chips on top. After all the brookies I’ve made, I can’t believe I haven’t made a ‘standard’ Oreo version before this 😱 But this is no standard brookie or Sl*tty brownie… this Oreo brookie is super fudgy and it’s loaded with extra Oreos and lots of white chocolate chips!
