Ivelisse dominates Ariel from the outset of this 1 Fall matchup, breaking up a potential test of strength with a kick to the midsection, then stomping and choking Ariel in the corner. Ivelisse grounds Ariel and uses multiple nerve pinch neck claws to wear her down. Ivelisse uses multiple foot chokes and rope chokes, kicks and forearm strikes, then slips in numerous submission holds, including a seated reverse Dragon Sleeper, and a creative Chinlock/armbar combination. Ariel tries to mount a comeback, and the 2 trade chops in the middle of the ring, but Ivelisse regains momentum with a knee to the gut. Ivelisse delivers a knee to the throat in the corner, rope chokes and hairpulls, before locking on a pair of submission holds, the second of which had Ariel tapping out.
