Ye’s Former Assistant Accuses Him of Drugging and Sexual Assault in Amended Lawsuit

Kanye West, known in the music industry as Ye, is facing new allegations from his former assistant, Lauren Pisciotta, who claims he drugged and sexually assaulted her. Pisciotta, who previously sued the rapper for sexual harassment, wrongful termination, and breach of contract, has filed an amended complaint in California, according to documents obtained by USA TODAY. In the filing, Pisciotta accuses Ye of engaging in multiple instances of sexual misconduct, claiming that he "touched, groped, fondled, grabbed and forced himself in and on" her without her consent. During this event, Pisciotta alleges that she was given a drink laced with an unknown drug, which left her “heavily impaired.” According to her complaint, she awoke the following day with no memory of what had happened.
