On August 27, 1990, the Hart Foundation stood atop the wrestling world as WWF Tag Team Champions. One year later, Bret Hart was ascending to singles stardom while Jim Neidhart had vanished from the spotlight. By 1992, Bret was headlining SummerSlam while Neidhart was reportedly smoking crack cocaine with Davey Boy Smith in the weeks before the show. This is the story of how one half of wrestling's greatest tag team fell into tragedy while his partner became an immortal legend.
