Technical Muay Thai Sparring - Developing Better Timing in Knees

In this technical sparring video I am working on my aggression and landing forward knee strikes. Notice the pressure used to get into range of the knee strikes. The goal of any sparring session is to improve and to work on your weaknesses. You should never be going hard in sparring unless you are preparing for a fight.
