Shakur Stevenson is an American professional boxer. He was born on June 28, 1997, in Newark, New Jersey, USA. He competed in the featherweight and super featherweight divisions and currently competes in the lightweight division. Shakur had a successful career at the youth level, winning the World Youth Championships and the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics. In 2005, at the age of 18, Stevenson won the Olympic qualifying tournament. At the 2016 Olympics, Shakur won silver, losing to Robeisy Ramirez in the final. He competes for Top Rank Promotions. In total, he fought 24 fights. He won 24 victories, 11 of which were by knockout.
