Sanders, Brock and Price survive brutal opening Dakar stage

It was anything but smooth sailing for all three Australian competitors on the opening stage of the 2026 Dakar Rally, as high winds along with a rocky surface provided some chaos. Daniel Sanders finished the day in second place in RallyGP, despite battling turbulence with his helmet and tiredness.
