The first show of the year is an episode of WWF Raw is War, and Stone Cold Steve Austin has been given a new assignment; instead of competing in the ring Austin has to sell hotdogs and beverages to fans inside the arena (as per orders from Stephanie McMahon). If Austin can sell all his goods he'll get considered for a future WWF title opportunity, and when Austin does indeed get rid of all his food items Stephanie books him in a match against William Regal.
