Portia Perez vs Rain

It can take a bit of time to properly introduce wrestlers the likes of Rain and Portia Perez, but once the ref finally gets it right and the two ladies lock up, the action never stops. These two skilled technical wrestlers throw everything but the kitchen sink at each other in an attempt to get the victory in this one fall back-and-forth battle. 2 counts and near submissions galore fill the match, with Portia kicking out of several of Rain's creative reversals into pin attempts (as well as a Texas Cloverleaf submission hold), and Rain manages to somehow escape from a vicious Dragon Sleeper and a Surfboard. Portia employs head and body scissors, armbars, whips into the corners and a particularly impressive Snapmare followed by a running Dropkick to Rain's back. Rain responds with Headlocks, Surfboards, stomps and foot chokes against the turnbuckles and ropes, and even a rake of the eyes or two. The battle rages on with neither lady able to gain a clear advantage until one warrior hits a quick and brutal finisher that leaves her opponent staring up at the ceiling long enough to get the 3 count.
