Marvel Games Keep Getting This Wrong

Marvel games have been stuck between balancing two different worlds… but Marvel Rivals might’ve finally figured out what was missing. Marvel Rivals blends and celebrates elements from both Marvel comics and the MCU movies in a way most Marvel games haven’t been able to figure out. This is partially shown with the newer Avengers-inspired mode, part of their Path to Avengers: Doomsday event, and while it’s definitely not perfect (there are major balance issues), it shows something important: Marvel games don’t have to choose between different versions of these characters and stories.
