Luna vs Malia Hosaka

Many legends have fought in the SLAMminLadies ring over the years, but perhaps none as iconic as the unique and unforgettable Luna. In this match from the Slammin Vaults, Luna takes on another wrestling superstar, Malia Hoska, in a 1 fall contest. Malia's skill puts her in the driving seat for the opening minutes of the match, eventually forcing Luna to take a quick time out outside the ring. When the action resumes, Luna is able to take control thanks to a rake of the eyes, a debilitating Belly Claw and some blatant use of the ropes. With Malia seemingly defenseless, Luna goes up high, but a big splash misses its target and Malia is back in the game. A big kick scores Malia a two count and it seems victory is within her grasp. However, a blocked Monkey Flip leads to one wrestler being pinned with more than a little help from the ropes. But it would be a brave referee who argued with the winner here and one wrestler's hand is raised, if not for a fair victory, but certainly a smart one!
