The two trade numerous early near falls and keep up the pace throughout this match. Ryan controls the early stages of the bout, scoring near falls on elbow drops and legdrops. Lexi answers back with several roll-ups that nearly end the match early. Ryan keeps Lexi on the mat, delivering countless legdrops and elbow drops as well as stomps and foot chokes in the corner. It results in numerous pin attempts, but Lexi refuses to stay down, instead kicking out on the count of 2 every time.
