Kay Lee Ray vs Malia Hosaka

Veteran’s veteran Malia draws the tall order of slowing down electric International superstar Kay Lee only for Ray to flip the script and open with methodical leg work. Some playful hairpulling adds insult to being beaten at her own game and Malia reacts in her typical, anything but calm manner! Kay Lee endures a few Surfboard variants before countering into a Guillotine choke but her desire to beat Malia at her own pace leaves her vulnerable to some martial arts strikes. Malia’s certainly not playing around following up a deathlock/Surfboard combo with a tight Camel Clutch and laying into Kay Lee’s back with more fierce strikes. Now it’s Malia’s turn to play into Kay Lee’s wheelhouse as she tries to pick up the pace and gets run over by it, but no pin falls are allowed in this match forcing Ray back to the drawing board. A lengthy Boston Crab transitioned into a half Crab leaves one wrestler close to the breaking point and desperate but knowing her opponent isn’t much better off and the next long submission is likely to be the last either can endure.
