Prepare the Chicken: • Cut the chicken thighs into small bite-sized pieces. • Season the chicken with Creole seasoning, paprika, parsley, ground black pepper, and lemon pepper. Mix well to coat evenly. 2. Cook the Chicken: • Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. • Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6–8 minutes, or until fully cooked and golden brown. Remove from the pan and set aside. 3. Scramble the Eggs: • In the same pan, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
