Ingredients 2 small green bell pepper 2 small red bell pepper Scotch bonnet pepper( as many as you can handle) Small onion ½ cup palm oil or oil of choice 1 full chicken seasoning cube 1 teaspoon salt Lemon slices Additional salt for fish GRILL for 20 minutes covered then 8 min opened. Bake in preheated 425°f/ 220°c for 30 minutes without covering the fish AIRFRY at 350°f/175°c for 25 minutes
