A look at the new Glutes Strength Training class, now on our schedule every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 11am. Led by coach Koy, this class focuses on strengthening the often under-trained gluteal muscles. Strong glutes lead to many benefits including: improved atheltic performance, injury prevention, increased pelvic stability, reduced knee and back pain, and aesthetic looks. Everyone can benefit from glute training regardless of the training goal: women, men, athletes, the general population, kids, and seniors.
