From Sick to Fit: Fitness Inspiration Aurora Lauzera

A fitness inspiration to thousands all over the world, Aurora Lauzeral, has transformed her life from being sick to fit. Lauzeral suffered from Anorexia and Bulimia for three years, she has since overcome those diseases and has turned her life around into a healthy, strong woman she is today. It doesn’t matter how slow you go as long as you do not stop,” said Lauzeral. “You have to start somewhere.” The struggles Lauzeral went through,transforming her sick, unhealthy lifestyle to competing in body-building competitions. Lauzeral placed 5th in the Model Division of Musclemania Paris 2012, second place in Figure Division of Musclemania 2013 and second place at Bodygear Cup 2013. The French athlete, Lauzeral, is a fitness instructor at Tiger Muay Thai, a Muay Thai enthusiast(4-0 professional record) and an aspiring MMA fighter. Lauzeral looks to have her first professional MMA fight before the end of 2014. “I love teaching people because I can share with them my experience as a former unhealthy person and help them get into a fitter life and lifestyle,” said Lauzeral. “Being fit is not only about looking good but mostly about feeling good.” Lauzeral’s journey is not over, it’s ever evolving.
