WWE Superstar Sheamus aka The Celtic Warrior here... The Brave Change philosophy demands that we face our fears, well, for me that's my Dad's gym in the back garden. You guessed it, my Da Papa Sheamy, felt paying a gym membership in Dublin, Ireland back in the mid 80s was a step too far... So he built his own gym in the garden shed. I don't know how many of you out there have similar Dads with garden shed or garage gyms... but I suspect I am not alone. Returning to this place of dread was a big step for me, and true-to-form my Dad didn't make it easy for me and a had an evil surprise up his sleeve for the end of the workout. Once again, he made me look like and idiot on Dublin's Northside. This was MY Brave Change workout.
