Courtney Rush vs Evie

Solo Darling wears the stripes for this International match up. And with both wrestlers hailing from different continents, it is perhaps no surprise that their tactics are also notably different. Courtney starts the match with one target in mind–Evie’s back. And Courtney takes control from the outset, working over Evie with a Bow & Arrow, a Bearhug and a Torture Rack. Evie suffers but refuses to submit, much to Courtney’s frustration. Eventually, Evie’s tenacity pays off, and she battles back, favoring her trademark kicks. A series of 2 counts bring Evie tantalizingly close to victory, but Courtney is able to kick out repeatedly. As the battle continues, the two wrestlers stick to their respective game plans. The final reckoning comes when one wrestler, already weakened by a series of Suplexes, finds herself flying through the air on the receiving end of a German Suplex and hitting the canvas hard for the 1-2-3.
