In this video, Ann shows a drill that is father used to do with him when he had a hard time turning his hips over. The key benefit of this drill is that it shows you how it feels to turn your hips when you kick. Instead of just showing someone, that act of physically pushing the hips teaches your brain to recognize the sensation that you should get everytime you kick. This is the first time I have seen someone showcase this drill, which is why I thought it was important to show. Because you will be in close contact with your training partner, only do something like this with a trust training partner or coach.
