Members of Edmonton’s amateur fighting community concerned after a man competing at a charity mixed martial arts match died after the event. The amateur fighting event, put on by U.K.-based Ultra MMA, took place Saturday, November 23rd at the Enoch Community Centre, on the First Nation community directly west of Edmonton. This promotion has had fighters die upon comepeting in their shows before, and what concerns the MMA community further, is MMA Interim Heavyweight Champion, Tom Aspinall ENDORSES them. The late Amateur MMA fighter, Father, and Husband, Trokon Dousuah, was 33 years old, and lived in Edmonton. His wife set up a GoFundMe to help with funural expenses. Please donate if you are able.
